The Society supports public remembrance through markers, memorials, archival work, education, and civic partnership.
The Society of Colonial Wars in the State of New Hampshire and the Margery Sullivan Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution marked the burial site in Dover of Richard Walderne on September 18, 1918 with two memorial tablets.
